This is the Chapter 4 R&D Headquarters walkthrough for We Were Here Tomorrow. Restore building power carefully (wrong states look unsolved), deliver the data tape, clear the cable / generator sequence, and collect the upgraded prototype.

- Reach the second floor of R&D HQ.
- Restore building power (baseline → one change → reset discipline).
- Reach the server room with the data tape.
- Collect the upgraded Norček prototype.

Wrong intermediate power states look identical to “not solved yet.” Reset to a known baseline, change one thing, and have your partner confirm before stacking more moves.
